How to Raise a Complaint with Studentbusy Floor Coating

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Studentbusy Floor Coating deserves fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • How a call or message with Studentbusy Floor Coating went
  • How your personal data was used or protected
  • Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
  • The conduct of a provider we referred you to

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, begin by writing to the provider and keep copies of everything you send.

Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Studentbusy Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@studentbusy.living and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's company name, if you know it
  • A short description of what happened and the result you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will review the matter, which may include talking with the provider. Then we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
